Join us as we welcome author Maria Heckinger who will talk about and sign her novel, Beyond the Third Door, on Saturday, November 9th at 7:00 pm in the Fr. Elias Community Center, 3131 NE Glisan St., Portland, OR 97232. Based on a true story, the novel tells of an orphaned child who returns to Greece in search of her birth mother. Come and meet the author and enjoy some light refreshments. The event is free. Donations are accepted.
