We are a small, but growing gathering place where we share, educate, enlighten, communicate and celebrate a shared love of, and regard for the Hellenic-American experience here in Portland, SW Washington and around the region.
We have seen enormous increase in our visitors and in the depth and breadth of our programming and exhibits – but it remains a constant challenge to do all of this without financial support. We hope you had opportunity to visit and share HACCM with family, friends and neighbors. Perhaps you saw the incredible Bill Papas art retrospective, learned the history of the Lovejoy columns, and witnessed the moving exhibit of Traditional Hellenic Clothing and Costumes now on display.
Many, many volunteer hours support these exhibits, our film program and the range of special events. We are thankful to you and to the volunteers who give of their time so willingly. Financial support is critical to the continuing operations of our no-fee cultural center and museum. We hope to maintain and expand our hours of operation, open our doors to area schools, senior and other groups, and hire an art and cultural professional to direct the museum. Will you help support us – and these critically important goals with a contribution?
